Bramshill Mansion is set within a Grade II* landscape, the focal point of which is a Grade I listed Jacobean house. Until 2014, the estate was the home of Bramshill Police Training College.
Our work for the College included a Masterplan to guide development of the site and a Conservation Plan for the Mansion. The latter reviewed the significance and condition of the mansion & its collections and other historic buildings on the estate and included policies on management and maintenance.
Major repair and conservation works to the mansion are currently in progress and include masonry, leadwork, roofing, decorative plasterwork, leaded light stone mullioned windows and renewal of services.
Other projects on the campus included upgrading of teaching and accommodation blocks in addition to maintenance and repair of the numerous historic structures on the estate.
