GHK helped to dramaticallly transform this one-bedroom apartment situated in a stucco-fronted period property in Gloucester Gardens, Bayswater.
Working with high end building company Dominic Payte, GHK obtained Listed Building and Landlord consents and provided technical construction assistance to transform this run down studio flat into a compact but spectacular contemporary 1 bedroom apartment.
The project was identified and delivered by Dominic Payte in a joint venture project with a Hong Kong based investor. Dominic Payte provided a full design and build service including in-house interior design.
